IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free within the United States on all orders over US$50. For international customers, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We will process and ship your order within 1 business day. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 2-4 days to appear in the system.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES:

  • United States: Standard shipping takes 5-12 business days.
  • International: Shipping to countries outside the US may take 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method used.

These shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as demand, courier services, and customs processing.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have placed a multi-item order, items may be shipped separately from different warehouses, especially if they are located in different international facilities or one item is on backorder. This helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped directly from our domestic and international warehouses. Once your order is shipped, please allow up to 12 business days for delivery within the US and up to 15 business days for international orders. Customs delays may affect delivery time for international orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR STUCK IN THE MAIL?

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating. All of our orders are shipped with insured shipping. In the rare event that your package is lost, delayed, or stuck in customs, please contact us at support@arkjunction.com. We will promptly investigate the issue and, if needed, arrange for a replacement to be sent with expedited shipping, if available.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Prices on our site are shown in USD, and we do not include taxes or import duties in the price. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

For Indian customers, be aware that customs fees can vary significantly, and you may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival of your package. Please check with your local customs office for details.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or additional charges imposed by your country’s customs authority.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS FOR MULTI-ITEM ORDERS:

For multi-item orders, some items may be shipped separately. This may happen if items are stored in different locations or if there is a backorder. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, even if it means shipping items separately. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
