REFUND POLICY
OUR 60 DAY WARRANTY
All products come with a free returns or replacement warranty for 60 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or is defective, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve your issue. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery, and we will deliver the correct items or refund your full payment.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@arkjunction.com. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Our refund and return policy is clearly displayed on the checkout page and must be acknowledged before placing an order.
If you face any issues with your order, please contact us at support@arkjunction.com before initiating a chargeback to allow us to resolve the matter promptly.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return and refund policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To request a return, please follow the steps below:
Eligibility for Return:
Products are eligible for return only if they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse are not eligible for a refund.
Return Authorization Process:
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), email support@arkjunction.com with a detailed explanation of the return reason, along with supporting photos or a video of the product. Upon approval within 48 hours, you will receive your prepaid return label RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can mail the product for return.
Return Shipping:
To ensure your refund is processed, please use a trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. You may be responsible for return shipping costs. For refunds, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount unless the product is defective or misdescribed. If you're returning the item internationally, please mark it as a "gift" as we do not cover customs fees.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address you used for the original purchase.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled without any fees before they are processed or shipped. The amount will be refunded to you within 1 business day. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return for a refund after receiving the item.
Partial Refunds:
In cases where returns are not possible for specific products, a partial refund may be issued without requiring the item to be returned. Please note that a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover restocking fees, non-refundable transaction charges, and fees charged to us by payment processors or credit card companies. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
- Items returned more than 60 days after purchase.
- Specific product categories such as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: support@arkjunction.com
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@arkjunction.com
Sale/Promotion Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
